Sales Lead Germany

As the first sales lead for Germany you will be part of a vibrant and energetic team composed of experienced professionals. As our 20th team member you will play a key role in building growth and culture in the company. Requirements

As Svenn’s new sales lead for Germany you will actively participate in the company’s product and services to the German market. 

The construction industry in Germany is at an early stage when it comes to adapting new technology to change working methods and processes. To be successful in this role, you must be able to build good relationships with customers. 

You will actively participate in adapting Svenn’s product and services to the German market and be able to capture the customer’s needs and challenges, and communicate this to, and collaborate with, the rest of the team. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

  • Understand customer needs and requirements

  • Contribute to the development of the product in new markets

  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

  • Perform effective online demos to prospects

Qualifications

  • Higher education in sales/marketing/business and administration or relevant subjects is positive. Experience can compensate for education. 

  • Required 2-4 years of experience in sales. 

  • Experience from inbound and SaaS sales is a plus.

  • Familiar with the German building industry and relationships with specific relevant vendors is a plus.  

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English. Norwegian is a plus.
